Elizabeth's gotten back the ability to sense spiritual stuff—this is just a passive ability that, if she's around someone, she can sense if they're a Persona user/a god/spirit/etcetc. With Recolle's widespread resonance world change in effect, this does mean she can probably hear anyone who normally can't be heard! Hello, invisible friends. She's still way more of the sensing-type though.
Anyway, essentially, if your character is a god/deity, some kind of spirit, Persona user, or anything you think might relate to or be similar enough to be picked up by her sense, reply here with your character and any details about it! I won't have her mention or outright say any of this if it's not necessary to; it's just kind of for my reference (and her mental notes).

He's basically a collection of memories of 'Osamu Dazai' attached to one of his books materialized by alchemy, though he's calling himself an ink spirit. Because he can go inside books now, so spirit, and his blood is ink. He's working with what he's got here.
